What types of Partner Programs are available?
You can choose to partner with Sylogist through our Referral Partner Program, and our Reseller Partner Program.
- Referral Partner –Ideal for agencies or consultants who bring deals to our attention but won’t be acting in a resale capacity.
- Reseller Partner – Designed for resellers, integrators and developers who want to sell and implement our solutions.
How do we become a partner?
Whether you choose to be a reseller or referral partner, we make it easy for you to get started! Once you’ve reviewed our program details, and you’ve determined that you’re interested in partnering with Sylogist, we encourage you to complete our Partner Program Application. Once complete, one of our Partner Program staff members will reach out to discuss your application. After a brief assessment, we’ll forward a Non-Disclosure agreement for you to sign and share our full Partner Agreement. If you’re comfortable with the terms, you can return the agreement with your corporate signature. Once the agreement is complete, we’ll jump right in with a partner briefing and consultative support.
What kind of partner support do you provide?

- Ongoing partner training and education opportunities.
- Access to our award-winning Knowledge Center, with a library of how-to videos designed to help your customers help themselves and use their platform to it’s fullest potential.
- Comprehensive pre-sales assistance and marketing support.
- Accessible, expert and friendly customer support.
- Regular partner updates and communications so you’re always “in the know” about upcoming releases and product updates.
- Free Demo environment for resell partners for demonstrations, testing and development purposes.
- Lead registration and opportunity tracking through our Partner Portal.
What type of partner compensation do you offer?
All registered partners are entitled to receive discount pricing as defined in their Partner Agreement. Depending on the type of partner relationship you have with us, you may be entitled to additional compensation:
- Referral Partners are entitled to receive a one-time commission on 1st year subscription fees for leads that convert to new Sylogist customers, or a discount for their customer on the 1st year subscription fees obtained by Sylogist in the first 12 months of the initial agreement with each new customer referred.
- Resell Partners are entitled to receive all services revenue that is quoted and billed for services provided directly to your customers and ongoing commission on software subscriptions sold to your customers.

Can I be a Reseller for some solutions and Referral partner for other solutions?
Yes! You can select the products for which you want to be a certified reseller and refer the Sylogist solutions where you do not hold a certification for additional income, or you can pass along a software discount to your customers.
Can we do the services?
Yes! As a certified partner, Sylogist products offer an outstanding opportunity to perform and bill for services to generate revenue. As a Partner, you can quote and bill for services that you provide directly to your customers, and you’re entitled to all the revenue generated for those services.
How do we learn the product?
We believe that educated partners are successful partners and we’re committed to your training and ongoing education. Certification is available to all your staff members who complete our Product Certification Training, Sales Training and Support Training, and a certification exam for each product they resell.
Do you train our salespeople?
Yes! Your salespeople will have access to Sales Training and all the pre-sales assistance assets we make available to our partners, including product tour videos, product demos, RFP reviews and sales materials.
Who handles support?
As a certified reseller, you will serve as the 1st line of support for your customers. Sylogist will act as the 2nd line of support, providing partners with a support ticketing system where you can log and track support tickets for your customers.
What are the commission rates?
We offer generous product commission rates that increase as you close more deals. To access these rates, complete the Partner Application, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and our team will share the commission rate details as detailed in our Partner Program Guide for your review.
